The population serviced consists individuals involved in the criminal court system, police officers, first responders, and the chronically mentally ill. I have helped individuals by providing court ordered mental health assessments, co-facilitating group psychotherapy as well as individual therapy for domestic violence offenders, sex offenders, anger management, and individuals suffering from substance use disorders.  Additionally, I have aided individuals suffering from anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and personality disorders.

My theoretical approach to treatment is Adlerian, Mindfulness, Solution Focused, and  Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. My focus is holistic in nature, and corresponds with each client’s needs. I support my clients in the progression of insight and generate coping skills to improve their mental health and daily functioning.
